Role Overview

As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will:

• Educate clients on insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide quotes, write policies, and manage renewals for personal lines (auto, home, life) and commercial policies.

• Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community outreach.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, compliance regulations, and industry trends.

 

What You Bring to the Table

​

✅ Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
✅ Life & Health License (preferred, but not required)
✅ Located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Iowa
✅ Proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
✅ Tech-savvy (CRM systems, quoting software, remote collaboration)
